So in an effort to continue to provide you with new and exciting journeys along the world's most fascinating waterways, we have expanded our offering to include new European and China river cruises along with two new itineraries through Egypt and the Galápagos Islands.
New Ships for 2008
To accommodate our new itineraries, along with our valued Avalon travelers, we have added a luxurious new ship--the Avalon Scenery, which cruises the Rhône River. In 2007, the Avalon Tranquility and Avalon Imagery were launched, joining their sister ship, the Avalon Tapestry, on Europe’s greatest rivers. In fact, the average age of the Avalon fleet in Europe is just two years old.
