Enjoy plenty of photo opportunities as you explore Slovakia's vibrant capital of Bratislava, see Dürnstein's baroque Stiftskirche, visit Melk's impressive Benedictine Abbey, and bask in the natural beauty of Austria's Wachau Valley. Spend time at leisure in Linz and in the resort of Grein before ending your vacation in Vienna, the "City of Music," where you'll disembark and spend an additional two nights.

Photography Instruction
 Photography instructor, author and international tour guide, Ralph Velasco, will provide a variety of invaluable pre-trip planning information for all participants. Topics will include: What to expect in a group travel setting, suggested photography gear and packing lists, a shot list of potential photo opportunities to be encountered in this setting, and preparation for any particular types of photography expected on the trip, such as night photography, and more.

About the Instructor
 Ralph Velasco is an award-winning travel photographer and international tour guide who has photographed in more than forty countries on six continents. Ralph has led cultural photo tours to Egypt, Eastern Europe, and throughout the United States. For the past two years he was awarded "Open Photographer of the Year" by the Professional Photographers of Orange County and he belongs to the exclusive Circumnavigators Club, a group of travelers whose charter requires that its members have traveled around the world, in a single journey, having crossed every one of earth's meridians.
