Gift Certificates are valid for one-time use. Once the value of the Gift Certificate has been applied to a Globus family of brands vacation, the Gift Certificate is no longer valid. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for the pre-purchase of optional excursions or purchases while on vacation. Gift Certificate is governed by the regular payment and cancellation terms and conditions applicable to the vacation.

In the event of a vacation cancelation by the Operator, the value of the Gift Certificate may be applied to a future booking. No cash refunds will be provided.

If the balance of the Gift Certificate is less than the value of the vacation package, the difference may be paid by check, money order or acceptable credit card. If the Gift Certificate value is greater than the remaining balance of the vacation price, a new Gift Certificate for the remaining balance will be issued.

The Globus family of brands is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Gift Certificate purchases are non refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit except where required by law. The Globus family of brands is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the Purchaser is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Delivery to a nonexistent address is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Gift Certificates are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Gift Certificates not used within the 24-month time frame are no longer valid and cannot be redeemed or exchanged.

Gift Certificates will not be accepted if the Gift Certificate identification number is invalid or cannot be found within the Globus family of brands system.

The value of the Globus family of brands Gift Certificate is in U.S. dollars.

The Globus family of brands reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
