From the rouladen and fondues of Germany and Switzerland to the wines of France, we’ll delight your taste buds with regional specialties as well as Western favorites.
Each sit-down dinner features an inviting selection of appetizers, soups, entrées (including vegetarian choices), desserts, and complimentary regional wines, coffee and tea.
Vessels in Europe and South America feature open seating throughout the dining room for all meals. On the Victoria Anna in China and the Royal Lotus in Egypt there is open seating at the Avalon tables.
